Dexter brake assemblies like the # 23-464-465 are widely considered to be the best and highest quality trailer axle/suspension components which is why they cost more than the # AKEBRK-7-SA. Some of the quality difference wouldn't make much of a difference but if you wanted the absolute best to help you sleep better at night the Dexter is the way to go but the # AKEBRK-7-SA is also really solid and we've not known it to have any issues. I can give you some guidance on how to determine the correct replacement leaf springs, and you are right that replacing all four of them at the same time is a good idea. What you'll need to do for double-eye springs (which is what I assume is on your 2017 Keystone Fuzion) is measure from the center of one eye to the center of the other eye and get a match as close as you can.
